Synopsis
This disc features four half-hour cable specials and bonus material from Comedy Central's energetic commentator on absurdities in politics and culture. The collection allows fans and newcomers to observe the comic's evolution since his 1998 show, in which he famously remarked, "It's absolutely stupid that we've lost the ozone layer. We've got men, rockets, Saran Wrap—fix it!" In these specials, he critiques Bill Clinton's handling of infidelity ("If curling is an Olympic sport, oral sex is adultery!"), the Y2K scare, flu vaccinations, the American power structure, Ross Perot ("He's the kid in *Deliverance* all growed-up!"), and offers a satirical "Taxes 101" lecture ("What would help IRS forms? Verbs!"). Bonus content includes Black's "Indecision 2000" segments, offering sharp commentary on the last Republican and Democratic conventions for Jon Stewart's show.
