Guns 'N Roses, The Backstreet Boys, Boyz II Men, and most recently Lauryn Hill have all paid homage to Doo Wop's importance in their musical development. This documentary takes a look at the history and development of Doo Wop and how it continues to influence Pop music today. Little Anthony, The Platters and The Temptations to name a few were the original Doo Wop artists who all became huge international stars. The endearing lyrics of young love and romance which have always been an integral part of Doo Wop music continues to sell records and be heard regularly on the radio.
