Tsubomi is a cunning and flirtatious schoolgirl who works at a lingerie club, a gentlemen’s bar where young women in revealing outfits serve drinks to patrons. Though she is inept at her job, she avoids being fired by blackmailing her boss. One day, she meets a handsome young man and brings him to bed. She also encounters a perverted talking cat with a butterfly on its forehead, who recruits her as a magical soldier. Her mission is to fight Beene, a dominatrix elf and minion of Regina Apis, a matriarch seeking to bring chaos and establish a new Dynasty. As Tsubomi learns to harness her powers, she is rescued by a masked man known only as Dandelion. The anime's plot is entirely farcical, parodying the magical girl genre, particularly *Sailor Moon*.
