Synopsis
In a small, remote town, the elderly residents grow alarmed when the EPA announces that mandatory changes to their local chemical plant may lead to a significant rise in sexual libido. As tensions rise, the sheriff attempts to uphold order and preserve community decency, but chaos quickly takes hold.
