Synopsis
In the late 1960s, Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys stops touring, produces the album *Pet Sounds*, and begins to experience a decline in his mental stability. By the 1980s, influenced by a controlling therapist, he finds support and guidance in Melinda Ledbetter.
