Synopsis
Mafia don Lukino Marcano secretly runs his cruise ship as a floating casino, but his ambitions extend further—he is also searching for a valuable sunken shipwreck believed to be laden with gold, worth the budget of a small nation. Lupin discovers Marcano's plan to recover the lost treasure and assembles his usual team—Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko—to intercept him and disrupt the operation.
