Synopsis
Akhilan and Vimalan are conjoined twins born to genetic scientist Ramachandran, the founder of a company that produces Energion, a dietary supplement marketed as a means to enhance children's intelligence. After Russian journalist Volga raises concerns about the supplement and is later found dead under mysterious circumstances, the twins' lives are thrown into chaos.
