Synopsis
The Ebers Papyrus is the oldest completely preserved medical manual in the world, dating back approximately 3,500 years. Written on 18.6 meters of papyrus in ancient Egypt, it contains various medical recipes. In 1872, when Georg Ebers sought the scroll, its existence was uncertain, and its remarkable condition was only a rumor.
