“On land... or at sea Magoo's the funniest cartoon character of them all!”
Synopsis
At a used car lot, Mr. Magoo is determined to buy a car for his nephew, Waldo. He is persuaded by a shifty salesman to purchase an old, unreliable vehicle and drives it away despite its poor condition. Unfortunately, due to his poor eyesight, Magoo drives off a pier and into the ocean. Mistaking the underwater environment for the surface, he believes the fish, sunken boats, and seals to be other cars, dilapidated mansions, and a horn-happy driver, respectively.
