Synopsis
Towards the end of the 1970s, VHS entered the market and video stores began to appear in West Germany, marking the beginning of the conquest of the living room. In 1984, ZDF conducted research into how violent films influenced children and young people, and to what extent censorship authorities, schools, and parents needed to counteract this influence.
