Synopsis

In the months leading up to the outbreak of World War II, British big-game hunter Alan Thorndike, on vacation in Bavaria, attempts to assassinate Hitler. He is captured, severely beaten, and abandoned, but manages to escape and return to London. There, he becomes a target of Nazi agents, while receiving assistance from a young woman.
