Synopsis
A couple decides to spend their summer vacation in a small coastal town in Portugal, only to become entangled in a dark mystery involving seduction and betrayal. *Mar* is an erotic thriller set in the coastal town of Peniche, Portugal. Its main characters, Xavier and Eduardo, visit Xavier's childhood friend Cristóvão (played by Diogo Tavares), who harbors a dark secret known only to his mother. As sexual tensions rise, the shocking secret is eventually revealed, but not before one person's fate is sealed.
