Margaret
Synopsis
This drama presents a detailed and compelling portrayal of one of the most formidable figures in British politics as she faces the final days of her time in power. Set in 1990, the story follows Margaret Thatcher as her support within the government begins to waver and her position as prime minister becomes increasingly unstable. The situation escalates when long-serving politician Sir Geoffrey Howe resigns, citing Thatcher's stance on Europe as his reason. His resignation speech triggers a chain of events that ultimately leads to the downfall of Britain's first female prime minister. The film offers a modern dramatic tragedy that clearly illustrates both the strengths and fatal flaws of this iconic figure, showing how the very traits that helped her achieve power also contributed to her eventual removal. The drama stars Lindsay Duncan.

How many hands made this film
The scale of the collaboration
Principal cast & crew: 18
These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.
Why a floor?
This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
