Synopsis
Three astronauts, having spent several months in an orbiting laboratory, prepare to return to Earth but find their de-orbit thrusters inoperative. Initially considering the possibility of leaving them stranded in orbit, NASA opts for a daring rescue mission. However, their plans are complicated by a hurricane approaching the launch site and a dwindling air supply within the astronauts' capsule.
