Tomatsu, a section manager at the city hall. He had a secret that he didn't want anyone to know: the hobby of voyeurism. He knows that it is a criminal act that he should not do, and he has struggled to stop peeping and filming. On the contrary, he is still worried that he cannot get married because of this sexual habit, but even if he tries to cut up the tape and forget about it, he finds out that it has started again. Also, he was found out that he had set up a camera and was in trouble, so he decided to quit at that time, but it didn't last long. One day….
