In the climbers paradise of Andorra he meets climbing specialist and winner of stages in all three Grand Tours, Dan Martin, to learn the secret to choosing the perfect line. Over the Spanish border in Girona, the climbing playground of the pros, Alec joins up with UCI women’s rider Ashleigh Moolman Pasio for a crash course in pacing. Back in the UK, holder of more KOMs than anyone in the world, Andrew Feather shows Alec how to master the art of climbing out of the saddle.
