Synopsis
The documentary Mayor is not only a story about the legendary Branko Pesic, a great builder and visionary, who created the greatest symbols of Belgrade, the capital of Yugoslavia, but also about a beloved citizen of the capital, more popular even than Josip Broz Tito.
