Synopsis

George Washington McLintock is an aging rancher and self-made man who faces a series of personal and professional challenges. His large farmstead becomes a point of contention, drawing interest from high-ranking government officials and nearby Native American communities. As McLintock struggles to manage these competing pressures, his wife, who had left him two years earlier, unexpectedly returns. However, her interest is not in George but in seeking custody of their daughter.
