A group of Italian soldiers stranded on a remote Greek island during World War II must survive enemy attacks and their own fraying morale as they wait for rescue that may never come.

Synopsis
Set in the Greek Sea during World War II, an Italian ship leaves a small group of soldiers on a secluded island, tasked with monitoring for enemy ships and defending the area if attacked. The village appears deserted, and with no immediate sign of enemy activity, the soldiers begin to ease their vigilance. The situation shifts dramatically when their ship is struck and destroyed by enemy forces, stranding the soldiers on the island with no means of escape.
