Synopsis
Filmed during a studio-organized press junket, *Meet Marlon Brando* documents Marlon Brando as he participates in a series of television interviews intended to promote *Morituri*. Instead of cooperating, Brando responds to questions with irony, flirtation, and philosophical tangents, subtly subverting the promotional process. Shot in direct-cinema style by Albert Maysles and David Maysles, the film serves as an unfiltered exploration of celebrity, media engagement, and resistance to being turned into a commodity.
