Synopsis
Miner Charley "Boomer" Baxter triggers a series of massive mining detonations in West Virginia, which soon lead to a major earthquake in the North Atlantic. The quake reveals a deep seismic fault stretching the length of the North American continent. Boomer teams up with government seismology expert Dr. Amy Lane to race against time and prevent the chasm from splitting America—and the world—in half.
