“Urban Warfare... Suburban Warfare... This Whole City Is Going DOWN!!!”
Synopsis
The Dezalg have returned with a new and terrifying weapon, which they unleash on the defenses of Megazone 23. Believing that new weapons are the key to salvation, B.D. is determined to break through the EVE's final level of protection. Full control of Megazone 23 would allow unrestricted weapons development. Meanwhile, Shogo attempts to return to a "normal" life, spending time with his biker gang, "Trash," and his girlfriend, Yui. However, his beliefs regarding the shadow government policies of the Megazone remain unchanged. When EVE calls for his help, Shogo discovers the location of the Garland bike. A showdown ensues between Shogo and B.D., Trash and the military, as well as the Dezalg and Megazone. Yet, EVE's ultimate secret, A.D.A.M., may ensure that no one survives.
