Mermaid Down
“They exist.”
Synopsis
A mermaid is taken from the ocean by a fishing crew and subjected to torture, including the removal of her tail. A stranger appears to offer assistance but instead imprisons her in an institution for young women with mental health issues, where no one accepts her claim of being a mermaid. With no escape in sight, she must rely on her survival instincts and fight for her life at all costs.
