Synopsis
In Los Angeles, the Earth shakes, people panic, and buildings crumble and fold. However, when a special OPS crew arrives to assess the damage, they find the city seemingly untouched—buildings still standing and the ground whole—though dead bodies litter the streets. This is the result of MIND BLOWN, a secret government program in psychotronic warfare that has gone catastrophically wrong. Now, the Department of Defense must cover up the incident and eliminate all those involved. Fleeing for his life, Noah West must uncover who has stolen the technology with the intent to use it to bring America to its knees. As real disasters begin to unfold, the darker secret of the experiment starts to come to light.
