Synopsis
Mini, a beautiful and ambitious young woman, is desperate to escape the oppressive presence of her drunken and unloving mother, Diane. She seduces her stepfather, Martin, and persuades him to join her in a cruel plot to have Diane committed on grounds of insanity. However, their scheme spirals into something more dangerous when it leads to murder. As young detective John Garson begins to investigate the case, tensions rise between Martin and Mini, and the two begin to turn against each other.
