Mission to Mir
Synopsis
This film reflects the progress made since the Cold War era of the 1950s and 1960s, when the United States and the Soviet Union were regarded as adversaries by each other. During that time, mutual distrust was common. Amid this backdrop, a young girl named Shannon in Oklahoma dreamed of becoming a space explorer, despite being told that "girls can't do that." Nevertheless, she pursued her goal.
