Synopsis
Gerry is a skilled but struggling gambler whose luck begins to shift when he meets Curtis, a younger and charismatic poker player. The two quickly form a friendship, and Gerry convinces Curtis to join him on a road trip to a high-stakes poker game in New Orleans. As they travel down the Mississippi River, Gerry and Curtis visit numerous bars, racetracks, casinos, and pool halls, experiencing both triumphs and setbacks. Through these experiences, they develop a strong and meaningful connection that endures long after their journey concludes.
