Mister Volk
Synopsis
Based on the satirical play by Evgeny Petrov, *Island of Peace* is a film that explores the anxieties of the atomic age through the story of an American businessman named Mr. Wolf. Troubled by the escalating tensions of the Cold War, Wolf abandons his career and retreats with his family to a remote island in search of tranquility and isolation.
