Synopsis
Ginny, a former pin-up model and actress, was discarded by the modeling industry in her youth due to her body type. Struggling with rejection, she gradually transformed into a vengeful, violent, and emotionally shattered individual. When Debbie and Sal move in as her new neighbors, Debbie begins to notice unusual occurrences next door. Sal attributes these to Debbie's mental instability, believing she is imagining things and descending further into psychosis. Determined, Debbie becomes fixated on uncovering the truth about Ginny's hidden life. Meanwhile, Ginny's new nosy neighbor disrupts her lifestyle, including her cannibalistic tendencies and the increasing number of victims. Both women become set on ending the other's obsession.
