Mondays in the Sun
A proud former shipyard foreman rallies his out‑of‑work friends to survive the crushing fallout of a plant closure, even as a looming court case and mounting desperation threaten to shatter their fragile hope.

Synopsis
After the closure of their shipyard in Northern Spain, a few former workers—Santa, José, Lino, Amador, Sergei, and Reina—keep in touch. They mainly meet at a bar owned by their former colleague Rico. Santa is the most superficially confident and acts as the unofficial leader of the group. A court case involving a shipyard lamp he smashed during a protest against the closure hangs over him. José is bitter because his wife, Ana, is employed while he is not.
