Synopsis
Monster High: Ghouls Rule explores an old conflict between "Normies" and monsters. For years, students at Monster High were told to stay inside and avoid conflict on Halloween at all costs. However, Frankie and her friends discover that ghouls and "Normies" once enjoyed celebrating the holiday together. Inspired by this revelation, the ghouls decide to revisit the tradition, using Halloween to celebrate their individuality and promote the message: "Be Yourself. Be Unique. Be a Monster."
