Synopsis
A top-secret operative is called back into service to eliminate an enemy agent targeting American soldiers in Hong Kong. The Black Dahlia is using a secret weapon against U.S. troops, and chemists from El Qaeda have laced his semen with a deadly virus. When The Black Dahlia seduces Jake's best friend, Donald, Jake must rush to his rescue before it's too late. Years ago, Jake and The Black Dahlia were in a relationship. The Black Dahlia was left heartbroken, and now seeks revenge.
