Munto 2: Beyond the Walls of Time
Synopsis
Two years have passed since the catastrophic event known as the "Continent's Dropping," which occurred in the first OAV episode. Yumemi has not forgotten her ability to see the world above, but now she is in the final years of middle school, where tests and the pressures of everyday life take precedence. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to the people of Earth, Akuto continues to thrive, though the war there remains intense. In need of assistance, Gaz sends Munto back down to Earth once again to locate the "Girl of Destiny" in an effort to save Heaven from its ultimate downfall. Yumemi must now confront the only world she knows, and even her friends Ichiko and Suzune are unable to help her.
