Synopsis
When actress Diana Baring is discovered in a daze beside the body of her murdered colleague, all the evidence appears to implicate her. During the trial, juror Sir John Menier questions the verdict but ultimately succumbs to pressure. Tormented by guilt, he begins his own investigation.
