Murder C.O.D.
Synopsis
A serial killer is targeting victims in Portland, Oregon, and subsequently blackmailing their relatives—those who benefit most from the deaths—for payment of this "service." Captain Murtaugh is leading the police investigation. When his wife begins to feel stalked, he begins to suspect that the current case is connected to a previous one he worked in Chicago. He has never told his wife the full truth about what happened in that case—now, he must fear for her life.
