Murder in the Somme
Synopsis
The body of an unidentified homeless man was discovered on a dune in the Somme, fatally shot in the back with a shotgun. The nature of the incident remains unclear—whether it was an accident, a concealed homicide, or an intentional killing. The case is being handled by the local Gendarmerie Brigade under the supervision of Substitute Aurore Debac. Investigating the death of the Somme Bay vagabond, Dawn relies on the determination of the Gendarmerie staff, unconventional methods, and Paul Beaujour, a newly arrived officer unfamiliar with regional codes.
