Murders in Savoie
Synopsis
When the peaceful resort of Meribel prepares to open for the ski season, a man's body is found at the top of a chairlift, dressed in wolf skin. Clara and George Kessler, a father-and-daughter detective team, take charge of the investigation and quickly link the murder to the ongoing conflict between livestock farmers and environmentalists since the reintroduction of wolves to the valley. Rumors of a werewolf have begun to circulate among locals, fueling panic with far-fetched theories. As the Kesslers dig deeper, they uncover a secret that, while not supernatural, proves to be just as shocking.
