Synopsis

Samuel Salomon, a literature professor, has been away from work for almost a year following his girlfriend’s tragic death. He experiences a recurring nightmare in which a woman is brutally murdered during a strange ritual, and the same woman later turns up dead under identical circumstances. Samuel infiltrates the crime scene, where he meets Rachel, who has also dreamed about the murder. Together they pursue the identity of the mysterious woman, entering a terrifying realm governed by the figures that have inspired artists throughout history: the Muses.
