Synopsis
In a near-future New York City, Z, the malevolent chairman of Inteltrax Corporation, has modified a small army of cyborgs originally designed for hazardous tasks into machines that kill humans for pleasure. Dr. Paul Haynes, the cyborgs' inventor, is held captive, and his sister, Darla, turns to Matt Riker, an expert in high-tech weaponry and martial arts, for help.
