Synopsis
Penelope, better known as Polka-Dot, is a spirited young girl with a talent for helping others, especially her sick mother. While searching for a part-time job, she befriends a tough police officer and his tracking dog, Luey. As her mother's health declines, Luey helps Polka-Dot discover the inner strength and faith she needs to carry on.
