Synopsis

Celeste, an alien from a planet under threat of destruction, comes to Earth to conduct scientific research in an effort to save her home. She meets Dr. Steve Mills, a solitary scientist and father of a young daughter. As Celeste grows closer to Steve, she begins to fall in love with him and adapts to life on Earth, experiencing emotional connection for the first time. However, as her focus shifts away from her original mission, she starts to struggle with the question of where she truly belongs.
