Negotiator
Synopsis
Following a convenience store robbery, three unidentified men take a group of people hostage in a hospital. Inspector Ishida and Captain Tohno manage the negotiations, while their colleague, Lieutenant Ando, investigates the motives behind the hostage situation. Information is gradually revealed to the audience through flashbacks. After the negotiations conclude, the situation appears to be under control until the criminals go missing. The story then unfolds from a new perspective, revealing its foundation in themes of love and vengeance.
