Synopsis

After his entire unit is killed by a gang of thrill-seeking punks, disgraced Hong Kong police inspector Wing spirals into a drunken tailspin. To recover and bring the gang to justice, he must rely on his new rookie partner, who also has a troubled past, to help him track down the gang and its ruthless leader.
