Synopsis
*Nice Dreams* is a wacky comedy featuring the permanently spaced-out duo Cheech and Chong, who sell "specially mixed" ice cream that gets them high. Their success with the product allows them to pursue their fondest dreams: new guitars, tropical islands, and beautiful women. However, things quickly go awry. While celebrating their newfound wealth at a new wave Chinese restaurant, Cheech meets his long-lost love, Donna, and takes her to her posh penthouse. There, he discovers that Donna's boyfriend, a former convict named Animal, is on his way to the apartment. Meanwhile, Chong has mistakenly traded all their money for a worthless bank check, and the only way to retrieve it is by sneaking into a nearby insane asylum.
