Synopsis
In Miami, Florida, biker gang leader Edward "Diablo" Santer is scheduled for execution for murder when he claims innocence and vows revenge from the grave. During Spring Break festivities, a mysterious biker arrives in town, leaving several teenagers electrocuted to death, leading some to suspect that Santer has fulfilled his promise.
