Synopsis
In order to help a turtle that is being bullied by delinquent girls, Urashima Saizō gives her a small amount of his pension. The next morning, he is forced to move out due to unpaid rent, but a woman named Ammonite Asami appears and settles the rent. In fact, she is the turtle that Saizō saved, and Saizō is invited to the Kingdom of Ellen, the Dragon Palace...
