Ninja: Shadow of a Tear
A vengeful martial-arts master tracks a deadly drug lord across Asia, uncovering a trail of barbed-wire killings that forces him to embrace his ninja training and confront a conspiracy far deadlier than he imagined.
“An ancient hero returns with a vengeance.”
Synopsis
Casey Bowman, a martial-arts master, lives by the code of survival that demands he fight everyone and trust no one, a philosophy forged after his peaceful life is violently shattered. Determined to seek revenge, the resolute American tracks down the killer responsible for the attack, following a trail from Osaka to Bangkok and Rangoon with the guidance of a wise and skilled sensei. His only clues are a string of victims found with neck wounds indicative of strangulation by barbed wire. As Casey pursues vengeance and survival, he hones his reflexes and elevates his combat abilities, even employing deep meditation to stage his own death. His ultimate target is the dangerous drug lord Goro, who is supplying the streets with lethal meth produced in a secluded jungle factory. To face Goro, Casey must fully embrace his training and become a true invisible warrior worthy of the title Ninja. However, when he finally corners his prey, an unforeseen twist reveals that his battle is far from over and that trust remains a distant concept.

How many hands made this film
The scale of the collaboration
Principal cast & crew: 24
These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.
Why a floor?
This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
