Rejected by Mexican Catholic hierarchy and venerated by the masses, he has been compared to the Virgin of Guadalupe. Niño Fidencio (1898-1938) lived as a medicine man, spiritual healer and spiritualist medium. His actions were captured in historical images, some of which are still preserved. This documentary reflects on the current crisis of personal faith and religious institutions.
