Synopsis
Set in the future, the story follows an Earth governed by the LaFont Corporation, a powerful conglomerate that controls society through the use of machines. Those deemed "troublemakers" or dissidents are sent into exile on Terra Nova, an artificial planet designed for such purposes. Conflict emerges when Terra Nova unexpectedly alters its orbit, placing it on a collision course with Earth.
