Synopsis
Navy Lieutenant Tom Farrell meets Susan Atwell, a young woman, and they begin a passionate affair. Farrell later discovers that his superior, Defense Secretary David Brice, is also involved with Atwell. When Susan is found dead, Farrell is assigned to lead the murder investigation. As he uncovers disturbing evidence, details of his relationship with Susan emerge, making him a suspect in the case.
